Job Scope:
The Global Onboarding Coordinator supports all New Hire Onboarding procedures such as gathering the necessary paperwork. They will also support Specialists in scheduling New Onboarding sessions and entering new hires into application new hire tools. They will also be helping to guide new hires on finding information such as company policies and providing the necessary support to ensure the new hire is ready to go on day 1.

They will partner, assist, and provide customer service to New Hires, Hiring Managers, and the broader People and Culture team for all OB-related processes and inquiries from the time the New Hire signs their offer through day 10.

They will escalate inquiries to appropriate parties as needed.
The Global Onboarding Coordinator will gain exposure to different areas of the organization based on business needs and personal career interests by supporting the Global Onboarding programs.

  • Schedule and facilitate New Hire Orientation presentations
  • Emailing new hires details about the company, New Hire Orientation, Workday Onboarding tasks, and day 1 logistics.
  • Gather new hire information and process onboarding paperwork
  • Answer any queries of new hires about initial onboarding tasks
  • Work closely with the Global OB Specialist with follow-up to ensure new hires have the necessary hardware, software, and Swag prior to onboarding
  • Support the team with entering new hires into Onboarding Applications

Job Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resource/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a HRIS or Applicant Tracking system and exposure in new hire onboarding procedures and standards
  • Experience dealing with and processing sensitive data
  • HR Policy and Process knowledge
