ALPAQ SEAFOOD PROCESSING PTE. LTD. Singapore Permanent

HIGHLIGHTS


Position: Administration Clerk

Industry: Manufacturing

Working hours: 5 Days, Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6:00pm

Basic Salary: Up to $2,000 (Salary commensurate according to experiences)

Working location: Jurong



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Admin duties, data entry & filing
  • Prepare sales invoices and process purchase invoices
  • Prepare payment to vendors and staff claims
  • Assist to monitor and follow up on accounts receivable
  • Monitor and review outstanding invoices, follow up with operations on status
  • To assist in month-end financial closing
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Co-ordinate mail, dispatch, and courier services
  • Organize and maintain a good filing system for smooth and quicker data retrieving
  • Carry out administrative and other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates who require work passes need not apply
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ level qualifications
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Able to work in a team and follow company guidelines
  • Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior
  • Able to work OT when required
  • Able to start work immediately
