Our client is a leading AI & Analytics company that provides SaaS-based solutions to its customers globally.


The Job

This is a key leadership role within the Sales organisation. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and manage a team of 3 Sales Managers across South East Asia. Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budgets and targets.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships across multiple sectors ( F&B, Financial Services, etc.)
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Conducting weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reviews with Country sales reps.
  • Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders

The Profile

  • You are a seasoned sales professional with at least 8 years of experience within Enterprise Sales in SaaS/ IT Services or Analytics industries.
  • You have solid sales experience in a regional role covering South East Asia.
  • You have a strong understanding of complex sales processes and longer sales cycles.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build & lead high-performing remote sales teams.
