- Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 5.15pm


Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate and maintain reports
  • System setup and other related issues, i.e. ensuring that backend is up to speed
  • Create, update and analyse competitor products and market scans to ensure the competitiveness of our travel products
  • Maintain relationships with some intermediaries 
  • Create and update a master database for marketing and reporting purposes
  • Responsible for preparation and participation in launches and doing follow-ups
  • Product and system support to customer service agents and some intermediaries
  • Invoice processing and approval
  • Monthly accrual submission and reporting
  • Monthly reconciliation and invoicing for some intermediaries
  • Perform sanction checks and submission
  • Perform market scans, analyse market trends, and provide product comparisons and analysis
  • Servicing small-sized travel accounts
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Period:
  • Contract, 1 year
Working Hours:
  • Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 5.15pm
Salary: 
  • Up to $4,000 + Completion Bonus
Location: 
  • Raffles Place
Requirements:
  • At least Diploma in any field 
  • Insurance certified papers such as BCP, PGI, HI 
  • 2 years’ experience in policy servicing and administration, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be a proactive, assertive, results driven individual who is able to work under pressure
  • PC literate in MS Word and Excel 
  • Eye for detail and customer focused
  • Effective oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
  • A team player with strong sense of responsibility 
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment
  • Possess positive work, analytical and meticulous
  • Good time management and organisational skills
