Information Technology

IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services.  The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.

The job holder will be part of an agile team to understand and review business and technical processes. He/She will work with both the business and IT units to analyse and improve existing processes across multiple systems to be implemented on PEGA platform.

Responsibilities

  • Engage subject matter experts to review business processes to ensure relevancy. Understand and transform user stories to technical functional specifications.
  • Analyse and optimize existing business processes with statistical backing.
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand processes in depth and IT personals across multiple systems for technical implementation.
  • Experience in Pega BPM, Agile development and prior experience as a Programmer/System Architect would be a bonus.
  • Capture best practices and common processes to ensure consistency in a multi-system environment.

Requirements

  • Good team player with ability to work well with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Resourceful, good negotiation skills and result oriented
  • Highly systematic and analytical with good problem solving skills
  • Keen interest to explore and learn new tools to improve work processes
  • Knowledge with Robotic Process Automation tools is preferred
  • Strong project management skills with clear and concise communication
  • Possess strong communication and writing skills
  • Position will be on a 2-year contract

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
