Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage production of marketing and digital materials including but not limited to printed materials such as poster, brochures, sponsorship gifts, and digital materials such as Facebook, website and blog post
  • A team player to plan and execute various marketing activities, such as events, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal marketing efforts with inter-departments and external vendors.
  • Being resourceful and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage online publicity, community management, comments and moderation.
  • Communication to team and management of project development, timeline and results.
  • Provide administrative support and any ad-hoc duties when required.



  • Diploma in Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
  • Good communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills and speaking
  • Able to manage multiple projects, events and priorities simultaneously
  • Creative and able to think out of the box
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision when needed
  • Ability to think on your feet and exercise good judgement
  • Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision when needed
  • Perform well under stress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work overtime during the run-up to events
  • Proficient use of the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidates whoe are equipped with basic design skills (eg. Photoshop) stands at an advantage
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
