This is a 12 Months Contract. (June 2020 - June 2021)


JOB SCOPE              :

  • Manage independently assigned portfolio and handle it according to defined collections processes;
  • Provides clear communication and customer service on collection issues to external customers  through phones calls / emails / SMS;
  • Monitoring outstanding account balances for determination of next steps, ie. ensure prompt escalation of collection processes through engagement of external collection agents and repossession of vehicles;
  • Perform Watch List/Problem Credit process according to internal policy;
  • Initiate remarketing process and handle the remarketing-related LTA administrative issues;
  • Perform early termination of contracts upon vehicle’s remarketing;
  • Assess shortfall customers through field work investigation and litigation searches;
  • Shortfall payment follow-up upon vehicle’s remarketing;
  • Liaise with lawyers on litigation proceedings on the shortfall customers;
  • Perform write off process according to internal policy;
  • Actively contribute to department development to increase efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance Excel-based tools used for collections activities;
  • Prepare monthly collections related internal/external reports;
  • Handling of restructuring request from customers according to internal policy;
  • Perform post-mortem analysis based on the defined criteria;
  • Understand KPIs used in Collections Dep. and provide monthly forecast;
  • Regularly review and update the internal policies and ensure that they are in line with global requirements;
  • Manage assigned projects effectively ensuring the progress and adhering to defined timeline;
  • Follow up with IT on system enhancements/bugs thoroughly;
  • Meet defined department goals.

REQUIREMENTS      :        

  • Diploma or Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills, high level of interpersonal skills is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, mainly Excel;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong with processes, workflows and documentation;
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst retaining high level of accuracy;
  • Must be able to work as part of a team with peers and leadership within the organization;
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented;
  • Highly motivated and independent worker who can decide on an action course within the given authority;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new working culture and environment.
