Responsibilities

  • Customer support - email, phone, SMS/WhatsApp enquiries 
  • Scheduling of lessons 
  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Manage and maintain parent/student records 
  • Assist with marketing & business development initiatives
  • Track success of marketing campaigns
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
     

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking teachers
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Meticulous, organised, with good time management skills
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a small, fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

 

Work Days/Hours

  • 4 Weekdays + Saturdays
  • Weekdays: 12.30-m - 9.15pm
  • Saturdays: 9.30am - 5.30pm
